I recommend tocustomers that must goto this dreaded place, make anappointment online!!However, even with this, when checking inwith the kiosk not once, but twice, the only reason Iwas noticed isa rep said tome “sir you have bee here quite awhile”, Isaid yes Ihave aone omappt, hebrought meto the counter, and itnever showed ichecked inwith the kiosk! However ifyou donot make appt, enjoy your two hour wait!

This place is/was amess. Only 2people oncomputers until after noon. The hours ondoor didn't coincide with internet listing. There's aque you have tosign upfor upon entering place. Folks were waiting over anhour toget their issues resolved. They need ayoga/meditation/anger management room tokeep spirits high.

First ofall, they charged me50dollars for abox Iwasn’t using for 5months. Now that Ibrought the box back, they’re trying tocharge me90dollars for the box that Ireturned. This company has been scamming the state ofNew York for years. Stay far away from Spectrum, they company ethics are onpar with those inEnron and other illigitimate major corporations.

Ive been coming tomy local branch for over aweek now totry and pay mybill and the keosk topay onhas been down. They have spots for 6employees but have never seen more then 3and Ibeing told that Ihave aapprox hour and twenty minute wait. There are 16people ahead ofme and nowhere tosit. I'm about tochange services Solely based uponThe face-to-face customer service ive experienced over the years, along with the shotty service. Please look into matiencing the keosk atthe Plattsburghny branch!!!… – show

Prompt service, friendly staff, and they were able tofix amistake onthe end ofthe customer service line inperson. Leaving this solely tobalance out the bad reviews from people who have problems unrelated tothe actual store and moreso with how the business asa whole isrun

They're quick toraise mymonthly bill every few months… $50within 24months, but you can't call the local office, you need tomake areservation totalk tosomeone inperson and then told 'oh well.' Looking atother options!!! There iscompetition and Verizon may not offer TVeverywhere rightnot, but I've heard alot ofgreat reviews about their internet. I'm happy with rabbit ears and streaming the movies Iwant ifit means working with acompany that cares.

I went into exchange mymodem and router because I've recently moved. Ibelieve Iwas helped bya gentleman named Tyler (apologies ifI'm wrong). Customer service was absolutely amazing. I'm not great with technology and hedid awonderful job explaining things tome. Heanswered all myquestions and definitely had agreat understanding ofthe equipment and services, which you don't always find atother stores. Itfelt like avery welcoming environment.

Customer service reps are extremely rude when asked any questions. Been here for anhour and ahalf. There are 6employees here and only ONE (1) are actually assisting the room full ofcustomers who are waiting
