When login to your website, it says you to call your CS phone number. Once you call it gives you 45’ of waiting time. Is this a joke? @Ask_Spectrum

@RCNconnects is the most horrible provider. 55 min waiting for support, then I am told that a visit maybe $54 if problem is not theirs. Hulu takes about 3 minutes to load and I internet is incredibly slow. I want TWC back!
