Position Summary:
The Full Time Assistant Director at Vivaldi Music Academy are key roles for operations. This position requires a person who is detail oriented, people person, has sales experience and has a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities:
Outstanding Customer Services
Provide outstanding customer service to all students and teachers.
Ensuring all needs are met and their experience is memorable.
Build and Maintain Relationships
Communicate with students and parents regarding scheduling, events, and general inquiries.
Foster positive relationships with students and parents to enhance the overall experience at the academy.
Coordinate teacher schedules and provide support to ensure a positive teaching environment.
Event Planning including bi-annual recitals and summer recitals.
Sales and Goal Oriented:
Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns that align with the academy's mission and reach enrollment goals.
Teamwork and collaboration:
We are a small knit team and this role will provide assistance to regional managers and other locations
Collaboration with other staff members including scheduling group classes and monthly events.
Fast-paced environment:
Maintaining an organized schedule and completing tasks in a timely manner.
Ability to manage a location with high volume of students and multi-tasking phone calls and emails.
Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business or administration.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and other relevant software.
Previous experience in music education or arts administration is a plus.
