There are 33 fire stations strategically placed throughout the city and staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. These stations are divided up in to five battalions, each supervised by a battalion chief; with an on-duty deputy chief overseeing the city.

Headquarters

Located at 301 2nd Avenue South, Headquarters does not serve as a working fire station, but houses the Executive Team, Deputy 1, Safety Chief, Fire Investigation Unit and other administrative functions.

Fire Alarm Center Located at 105 5th Avenue South, the Fire Alarm Center is located on the top floor of Station 10, above the city’s Emergency Operation Center.
Fire Prevention Located on the 2nd Floor of 220 3rd Avenue South.
Medic One Located at Harborview Medical Center, 325 9th Avenue. Medic One Headquarters houses Battalion 3, Medic 1, Medic 10, Medic 44 and Medic 55.

Station 2 - Belltown

Located at 2320 4th Avenue, Station 2 houses Engine 2, Ladder 4, Aid 2 and Aid 4. Currently, while Station 5 is under construction, Engine 5 is also located there.

Station 3 – Fisherman’s Terminal

Located at 1735 West Thurman, Station 3 houses the Fireboat Chief Seattle and Fireboat 1.

Station 5 – Waterfront

Located at 925 Alaskan Way, Station 5 houses Engine 5, Fireboat Leschi, Fireboat 2, Rescue Boat 5 and PT520.

Station 6 – Central District

Located at 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Way South, Station 6 houses Engine 6 and Ladder 3.

Station 8 – Queen Anne

Located at 110 Lee Street, Station 8 houses Engine 8 and Ladder 6.

Station 9 – Fremont

Located at 3829 Linden Avenue North, Station 9 houses Engine 9.

Station 10 – International District

Located at 400 South Washington Street, Station 10 houses Engine 10, Ladder 1, Aid 10, Aid 5, Staff 10 and the Hazardous Materials Team. The Fire Alarm Center and the Emergency Operation Center for the city are also located here.

Station 11 – Highland Park

Located at 1514 SW Holden Street, Station 11 houses Engine 11.

Station 13 – Beacon Hill

Located at 3601 Beacon Avenue South, Station 13 houses Engine 13 and Battalion 5.

Station 14 – SoDo District

Located at 3224 4th Avenue South, Station 14 houses Ladder 7, Aid 14 and Rescue One, the Technical Rescue Team.

Station 16 – Green Lake

Located at 6846 Oswego Place NE, Station 16 houses Engine 16.

Station 17 – University District

Located at 1050 NE 50th Street, Station 17 houses Engine 17, Ladder 9, Medic 16 and Battalion 6.

Station 18 – Ballard

Located at 1521 NW Market Street, Station 18 houses Engine 18, Ladder 8, Medic 18, Hose 18 and Battalion 4.

Station 20 – West Queen Anne

Located at 2800 15th Avenue West, Station 20 houses Engine 20.

Station 21 – Greenwood

Located at 7304 Greenwood Avenue North, Station 21 houses Engine 21 and MCI 1.

Station 22 – Roanoke

Located at 901 East Roanoke, Station 22 houses Engine 22 and the Command and Communications Van.

Station 24 – Bitter Lake

Located at 401 North 130th Street, Station 24 houses Engine 24 and Air 240.

Station 25 – Capitol Hill

Located at 1300 East Pine Street, Station 25 houses Engine 25, Ladder 10 and Aid 25.

Station 26 – South Park

Located at 800 South Cloverdale Street, Station 26 houses Engine 26.

Station 27 – Georgetown

Located at 1000 South Myrtle Street, Station 27 houses Engine 27, REHAB1 and DECON1.

Station 28 – Rainier Valley

Located at 5968 Rainier Avenue South, Station 28 houses Engine 28, Ladder 12 and Medic 28.

Station 29 – Admiral District

Located at 2139 Ferry Avenue SW, Station 29 houses Engine 29.

Station 30 – Mount Baker

Located at 2931 Mt. Baker Boulevard South, Station 30 houses Engine 30 and Air 9.

Station 31 (Interim) – Northgate

Fire personnel are responding out of the interim Fire Station 31 at 10503 Interlake Ave. N. while a permanent Station is being built: Engine 31 (FS 17); Ladder 5 (FS 39); Aid 31 (FS 24) and Medic 31 (FS 35).

Station 32 – West Seattle Junction

Located at 4700 38th Ave. SW, Station 32 houses Engine 32, Ladder 11, Medic 32 and Battalion 7.

Station 33 – Rainier Beach

Located at 9645 Renton Avenue South, Station 33 houses Engine 33.

Station 34 – Madison Park

Located at 633 32nd Avenue East, Station 34 houses Engine 34 and Hose 34.

Station 35 – Crown Hill

Located at 8729 15th Avenue NW, Station 35 houses Engine 35.

Station 36 – Delridge & Harbor Island

Located at 3600 23rd Avenue SW, Station 36 houses Engine 36 and Marine 1.

Station 37 – West Seattle & High Point

Located at 7700 35th Avenue SW, Station 37 houses Engine 37.

Station 38 – Hawthorne Hills

Located at 4004 NE 55th Street, Station 38 houses Engine 38.

Station 39 – Lake City

Located at 2806 NE 127th Street, Station 39 houses Engine 39.

Station 40 – Wedgwood

Located at 9401 35th Avenue NE, Station 40 houses Engine 40.

Station 41 – Magnolia

Located at 2416 34th Avenue West, Station 41 houses Engine 41.

Joint Training Facility

Located at 9401 Myers Way South, the Joint Training Facility's campus consists of two occupied buildings, an outdoor training pavilion, a variety of training props, and storage structures.
