You maintain positive relationships with team members and interact with internal partners in person and digitally within an office environment.

What Our Enterprise Service Delivery Analysts Enjoy Most

• Consistently facilitate forward order movement through the workflow within predefined timelines.
• Conduct detailed property research to obtain property information and prepare orders.
• Deliver on client expectations by building and maintaining positive relationships with key partners in the right of entry process.
• Partner with key right of entry partners to resolve escalations and expedite orders.
• Maximize the department by managing order volume and small projects.

Required QualificationsWHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE

• Experience: Two years of experience in finance, business operations or commercial real estate; Two years of telecommunications industry experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Technical Skills: Experience with right of entry contracts, certificate of insurance and counter signatures; Knowledge of Spectrum Enterprise’s cable and fiber network infrastructure, products and services; Familiar with the standard service delivery workflow, processes and procedures; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Skills: Organizational, prioritization, planning and English communication skills.
• Abilities: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret construction drawings and use map applications to survey sites.

The pay for this position has a salary range of $55,500.00 to $97,500.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
